Staff Nurse

Candidates must have completed GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM from a recognized institute and hold a valid nursing registration. A minimum of 1 year of clinical or homecare experience is preferred, though freshers with strong practical exposure are also welcome. Applicants must possess sound knowledge of key medical procedures such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, handling of C-PAP and Bi-PAP machines, oxygen therapy, catheterization, Ryle’s tube insertion, IV/IM injections, wound dressing, and monitoring of vital signs. As this role involves providing medical care in patients' homes, nurses must be adaptable, self-reliant, and professional in one-on-one settings. Alongside clinical skills, strong communication in Hindi and English, empathy, professionalism, and basic digital reporting abilities are essential.
