Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse located in Saraswati Vihar. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. Daily tasks also include coordinating with healthcare providers to deliver consistent patient care, monitoring patient progress, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, health assessment, and nursing care planning
• Competence in administering medications and treatments
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with valid RN license
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred
