We are Hiring Staff Nurse for OT

Location : Anayara, Trivandrum

Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading centre for infertility treatment. We are seeking skilled and experienced Staff Nurse to join our dynamic Operation Theatre in the department of Nursing. The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and established standards of practice.

Immediate joiners are preferred

Qualifications:

• Education: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
• License: Registered Nurse & Midwife with the Kerala Nursing Council (KNC)
• Experience: 1 -5 years (Freshers can be considered based on department needs).
• Preferred: Prior experience in specific area

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of OT procedures.
• Empathy, patience, and effective communication.
• Team collaboration and time management.
• Quick decision-making in emergency situations.
• Familiarity with hospital information systems

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient positioning and transfer
• Maintain strict aseptic and sterile techniques
• Handle surgical specimens as per protocol
• Prepare OT and instruments for surgery
• Maintain OT records, checklists, and nursing documentation
