Staff Nurse (ICU)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this role, you will be responsible for observing and recording patients' behavior, diagnosing diseases, and creating customized care plans in coordination with physicians and healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be to provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families by creating a harmonious environment. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain reports of patients' medical histories and monitor changes in their condition - Carry out necessary treatments and medications - Direct and supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) - Check stock regularly to maintain inventory levels and place orders when necessary - Change patients' medication based on their conditions and responses - Adhere to protocols, norms, rules, and regulations to maintain complete medical records - Maintain a hygienic and safe working environment in compliance with healthcare procedures - Conduct research to improve nursing practices and healthcare outcomes - Provide instant care during medical emergencies such as car accidents, burns, heart attacks, and strokes - Discuss treatment plans with pharmacists and physicians in critical cases - Provide guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention Qualifications Required: - Diploma in nursing (Preferred) - 2 years of nursing experience, with 1 year in ICU (Preferred) - Nursing License (Preferred) You will also be responsible for keeping a close eye on all aspects of patient care, including physical activity and proper diet. Please note that this is a full-time position with rotational shifts and benefits including Provident Fund, yearly bonus, and the work location is in person.
