Staff Nurse (ICU)

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in this full-time position, your primary responsibilities will involve observing and recording patients" behavior, coordinating with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop and assess personalized care plans, and creating a supportive and harmonious environment for patients and their families. You will be responsible for diagnosing diseases based on symptoms, managing patients" medical histories, and monitoring their condition changes, as well as administering treatments and medications. In addition to providing emotional and psychological support, you will oversee and guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring quality care delivery. It will be your duty to maintain inventory levels, order supplies as needed, adjust medications according to patients" conditions, and comply with medical protocols and regulations to uphold accurate medical records. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in fostering a hygienic and safe work environment, following healthcare procedures diligently. Your responsibilities will also include conducting research to enhance nursing practices, responding promptly to medical emergencies such as accidents, burns, heart attacks, or strokes, and collaborating with pharmacists and physicians on critical cases. Additionally, you will offer guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention to patients. This role requires a preferred Diploma in Nursing, along with at least 2 years of experience in general nursing and 1 year of experience in an ICU setting. Possession of a Nursing License is preferred. The work location is in person, with a rotational shift schedule and benefits including Provident Fund and a yearly bonus.
