Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care, assisting doctors, monitoring patients’ conditions, and ensuring a safe and hygienic clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as per established standards and protocols.
• Monitor, record, and report patient symptoms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and families about health management and post-treatment care.
• Ensure infection control and hygiene practices are followed.
• Handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Support overall hospital/clinic operations with teamwork and dedication.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma/GNM/B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid nursing registration/license with Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC).
• Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.
