The RMO will be responsible for monitoring patient care, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring 24x7 medical support to inpatients. Key Responsibilities: Provide round-the-clock medical care to admitted patients. Perform initial assessment and regular monitoring of patients. Assist consultants during rounds and follow treatment plans. Maintain proper documentation of clinical records and patient progress. Manage emergency situations and provide first-line treatment. Ensure infection control and clinical safety standards are followed. Communicate effectively with nursing and support staff for quality care delivery. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: MBBS from a recognized university. Registration: Valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration. Experience: Minimum 0–1 years; freshers may also apply.
