Staff Nurse

Required Qualifications

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM with valid registration
• Basic experience in clinical or community health setups (Freshers can also apply)
• Ability to conduct screenings independently
• Willingness to travel frequently and work at grassroot level
• Good communication skills in Hindi or regional languages
• Commitment to serving marginalized communities

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct community health screening camps for Blood Sugar & Blood Pressure
• Assist doctors in clinical consultations and follow-ups
• Maintain complete patient medical records & data documentation
• Educate community members on lifestyle modifications, medication adherence and preventive care
• Support tele-health consultations and outreach visits
• Coordinate with local ASHA workers, PHCs and community leaders
• Ensure timely supply and monitoring of prescribed medications
• Prepare weekly activity reports and field updates

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in NCD programs (Diabetes/Hypertension)
• Ability to handle digital health tools, mobile apps or data entry
• Culturally sensitive and empathetic behavior

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
