Proficient in diagnosis and management of diabetes mellitus. Basic emergency management for hypo- or hyperglycemic episodes. Knowledge of community-based healthcare delivery models. Fluency in local languages either (Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi) preferred Ability to travel frequently, sometimes on foot or using basic transport. Problem-solving skills to deal with resource shortages, remote connectivity, or cultural resistance.
