Staff Nurse- Delhi NCR (Registered with DNC)-ANM/GNM

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct physical screening of students in the school/s assigned.
• Assist doctor in providing Primary Healthcare Services.
• Maintain digital health records (update the App and keep track of the same).
• Documentation of the work undertaken and assigned by management.
• Maintain records of students and provide health education.
• Provide medical assistance in other schools/community centers (if any) as well as in the cluster, as and when needed.
• Provide preventive, promotive, and curative health care services under the supervision of a Medical Officer.
• Connect with parents/guardians: participants in Parents Teacher Meetings.
• Home visit as per the instructions from the Medical Officer / Project Manager.
• Attend meetings and seminars as and when required.
• Any other work assigned by organisation.

Reporting to

Educational Qualifications

• Auxiliary Midwifery(ANM) course.
• Registration with Delhi Nursing Council.

Functional / Technical Skills and Relevant Experience & Other Requirements (Behavioural, Language, Certifications, etc.)

• Experience working in the field/clinic for 2-3 years, preferably in the Paediatric department.
• Candidate must have good communication skills in Hindi
• Candidate with prior experience in the social development sector/community-based project would be preferred.

Working days and Timings

• Monday - Saturday
• Timings 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM, (the timing is subject to change) 8 hours of duty
