In this role, you will collaborate with US and India-based colleagues, reporting to Audit Seniors and Managers to contribute to various audit engagements. As an Audit Staff Accountant, your responsibilities will include analyzing client accounting records and financial statements, evaluating internal accounting control systems, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards. You will assist in creating workpapers to support auditing work and contribute to larger audit and accounting engagements under the guidance of a Manager. To excel in this role, you must possess a post-qualification in CA / CPA and demonstrate a desire to progress into an engagement senior position. Familiarity with U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards is essential, along with a strong command of the English language for effective written and verbal communication.
