Staff Frontend Engineer - Microfrontend Architecture

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing the client-side architecture and establishing best practices for the Web Platform. Your role will involve developing distributed micro-frontends and decoupled, domain-driven client-side code. You will be tasked with building a scalable, high-performance, and maintainable web platform for domain teams. The tech stack you will be working with includes Micro-frontend architecture, Monorepo tooling, Webpack, Module Federation, React, WebSockets Subscriptions, and Design Systems. In this role based in Bengaluru, you are expected to have 7 - 9 years of experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include owning the team-level architecture, collaborating with other teams to enhance feature performance and stability, contributing to roadmap planning, aligning products with strategic goals, and driving architectural improvement and innovation initiatives. Furthermore, you will be providing technical leadership and mentorship to your fellow engineers by sharing best practices and elevating collective expertise to deliver exceptional results. To excel in this position, you should have at least 6 years of experience in building Desktop and/or Web Applications and be proficient with React.Js, Javascript/Typescript, and similar technologies. Previous experience in enhancing the performance, reliability, and stability of Web Applications is preferred, along with knowledge of related debugging and APM tools.
