Staff Engineer, Workday Consultant

As a Digital Product Engineering company, Nagarro is looking for a skilled individual like you to join our team as a Workday Developer. With over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for various tasks related to Workday development and integration tools. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the clients" business use cases and technical requirements to design elegant technical solutions - Map decisions with requirements and translate them for developers - Identify and narrow down the best solutions that meet clients" needs - Define guidelines and benchmarks for non-functional requirements during project implementation - Write and review design documents explaining architecture, framework, and high-level design for developers - Review architecture and design aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, and design patterns to ensure best practices are followed - Develop the overall solution for functional and non-functional requirements, defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks - Apply technology integration scenarios in projects and resolve issues raised during code/review through systematic analysis - Conduct POCs to ensure suggested designs and technologies meet the requirements Qualifications: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field Join Nagarro and be a part of our dynamic, non-hierarchical work culture where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that inspire, excite, and delight.,
