Staff Engineer, Scribe Product Owner

As an integral part of Micron Technology, your role involves contributing to the development of new product opportunities by assisting with the overall design, layout, and optimization of Memory/Logic/Analog circuits. You will be responsible for parasitic modeling, design validation, reticle experiments, and required tape-out revisions. Additionally, you will oversee and manage the layout process including floor-planning, placement, and routing. Verification processes with modeling and simulation using industry standard simulators will be part of your responsibilities. Your contribution to cross-group communication, working towards standardization and group success, is crucial. Collaborating with Marketing, Probe, Assembly, Test, Process Integration, and Product Engineering groups to ensure accurate manufacturability of the product is a key aspect of your role. Proactively seeking guidance from Standards, CAD, modeling, and verification groups to enhance design quality will be expected.
