You will play a key role in making technology decisions on a large scale for Kimberly-Clark. Working alongside business resources and analysts, you will drive the implementation of technical solutions to meet business requirements. Additionally, you will lead multiple initiatives within IT and business teams to align on processes and technology solutions, ensuring a comprehensive understanding and application of technical landscapes. As a technical leader for the Maestro platform, you will be accountable for the technical design of multiple systems and will have a significant influence on policy formation, strategic direction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager (Logistics), you will interact with various key interfaces such as Business Partners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and more. Travel requirements for this role may involve approximately 10% of work time. Qualifications: To excel in technical roles at Kimberly-Clark, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in Information Technology, including direct interaction with business clients. Experience in designing large-scale enterprise applications on the cloud, knowledge of robotics integration, and proficiency in Event-Driven Architecture are advantageous. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage remote teams, and fluency in English are essential requirements.
