Shape and influence the overall functional and technical strategy through expertise and leadership.

Serve as a recognized subject matter expert, providing deep technical guidance and direction.

Lead and mentor engineers, driving collaboration, innovation, and alignment across multiple product streams

Required education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise

15 to 20 years of experience architecting, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise-scale software solutions with a track record of driving technical excellence.

Proficient in using visual collaboration tools (e.g., Draw.io, Mural, Miro) to communicate architectural concepts, system designs, and solution strategies effectively.

Recognized expertise in Go and Java, shaping best practices and guiding teams in building scalable, resilient systems.

Proven ability to design and evolve RESTful APIs that enable seamless integration and accelerate product development across business units.

Strong foundation in computer science principles—algorithms, data structures, and system design—applied to solve complex, high-impact problems.

Deep experience with relational databases, including schema design and SQL optimization, driving data integrity and performance.

Thought leadership in application development, delivering innovative, enterprise-grade solutions that set engineering standards.

Advocate for clean code, object-oriented design, and algorithmic rigor, mentoring teams to elevate technical quality.

Effective cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills, enabling influence across geographies and organizations.

Critical thinker who anticipates challenges, shapes technical strategy, and fosters a culture of innovation.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, combined with a demonstrated ability to lead through expertise and influence

Preferred technical and professional experience

3 to 5 years of experience with AWS services, leveraging cloud-native capabilities for building, deploying, and scaling enterprise applications.

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in React and microfrontend architecture, along with strong proficiency in Single Page Application (SPA) development

Working knowledge of FinOps concepts, aligning engineering practices with cost optimization strategies to maximize cloud efficiency and business value.

Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes for container orchestration and Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, enabling automated, reliable, and scalable cloud deployments.
