Job Description

Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver high quality service.
4-6 years of experience in hands-on application support analyst role with cloud technologies
Strong technical skills (PL/Sql, Unix, Unix shell scripting), CI/CD pipeline using Azure.
Extensive problem solving and debugging skills.
Ability to independently apply production upgrades.
Experience in providing services to agreed SLA s and OLA s
Experience with working in an ITIL environment. ITIL foundation Certification desired
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work in 24*7 support in different shifts pattern on rotational basis (work schedule will include weekend support as well).

Responsibilities:

Eye On Glass / Mailbox/ Triage, follow up and resolve based on KBs.
Environment Availability/readiness - Monitoring, Health Check, and making sure environment is up and available.
Incident/Request Management - Acknowledging, Investigating, and resolving Incident and fulfil request.
Capacity Support - Coordinate with partner teams to add capacity as needed.
Deployment Service - Perform Release and Deployments and redeployments activities for apps on cloud platform.
Triage and remediate using standard & certified procedures.
Partner with Dev and L2 teams to centralize and build knowledge transfer focus on standard/certified procedures for L1 execution & remediation.
Execute Disaster Recovery team and Application Recycle / Service Restarts
