Job Description: CAD DESK is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Structural Trainer/Faculty to join our training team in Ameerpet. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and E-TABS , with a passion for teaching and mentoring civil engineering students and professionals. Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and E-TABS. Prepare and deliver course content, presentations, and training materials as per curriculum. Provide hands-on software training through real-time projects and case studies. Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement. Guide students in project development and certification process. Keep up-to-date with the latest versions of software and industry trends. Maintain records of student attendance and progress. Skills Required: Proficiency in STAAD Pro , E-TABS & AUTOCAD Good communication and presentation skills. Strong subject knowledge in structural design and analysis. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively. Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory) M.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred) Experience: 0.6 to 7 years of experience in teaching or relevant industry work. Salary: Based on experience and previous salary.
