STAAD PRO Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled STAAD Pro Engineer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and detailing structural components using STAAD Pro and related design codes. The role requires strong knowledge of reinforced concrete (RCC), steel design, and practical experience in structural modeling, load analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design using STAAD Pro for residential, commercial, or industrial structures.
• Prepare structural drawings, design reports, and BOQs.
• Model and analyze structures under various load conditions (dead, live, wind, seismic).
• Ensure compliance with IS codes (IS 456, IS 875, IS 1893, IS 800, etc.) and client standards.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site engineers for design implementation.
• Review and verify shop drawings and structural details.
• Conduct structural stability and safety checks.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation for project submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of RCC and Steel design principles.
• Knowledge of Structure design and detailing practices.
• Good understanding of Indian Standard Codes.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in industrial or multistorey building design.
• Exposure to ETABS, SAFE, or Revit Structure.
• Minimum 1–5 years of relevant experience (for experienced roles).
