SSE/Lead

As a Technical Leader in this role, you will be responsible for providing guidance to engineers in analyzing requirements, system flows, and data needs to develop efficient software solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical leadership and guidance to engineers in analyzing requirements, system flows, and data needs for software development. - Overseeing the analysis of customization/modification requirements and leading the development of updates and code patches. - Collaborating with software engineers to execute complex updates/customizations and providing expert guidance as needed. - Leading troubleshooting efforts for complex modules and assisting engineers in resolving technical challenges. - Facilitating knowledge-sharing sessions and training team members on software development standards and coding best practices. - Assisting in pre-sales activities, including feasibility studies, customization effort estimations, and technical consultations. - Supporting application enhancement initiatives and overseeing the coordination with testing teams for feedback gathering. Qualifications Required: - 6-8+ years of experience in software development. - Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Oracle, WebLogic, JBOSS, jQuery, and Ajax. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills. - Knowledge of application architecture, system design, and software development methodologies. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and automation testing tools (preferred). - Expertise in the Banking & Financial Services domain (preferred).,
