Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Generative AI / Agentic AI Engineer to join our team. This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions with a focus on generative AI models and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in AI/ML, strong programming skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and processes.
Design, develop, and implement generative AI models (e.g., large language models, generative adversarial networks) and agentic AI systems that automate intelligent decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to integrate AI features into products and services. Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest AI advancements, applying state-of-the-art techniques to solve complex problems. Develop scalable and maintainable AI pipelines and solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Optimize and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, performance, and computational efficiency. Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship, and guide junior team members. Contribute to AI governance by ensuring ethical and responsible AI principles are adhered to.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or computational modelling.
Proficiency in Python and popular AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers. Experience working with cloud AI/ML services like AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or Google AI Platform. Experience with conversational AI platforms such as Microsoft Bot Framework or Rasa. Experience with generative AI models, large language models, and model deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong skills in data manipulation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and big data technologies. Familiarity with tools such as SQL, R, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and reporting. #LI-SN1
