• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions for various business problems.
• Work on deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and transformer models for tasks across computer vision, natural language processing, and time series analysis.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, perform data cleaning, feature engineering, and data analysis to support AI model development.
• Collaborate effectively with data engineers, software developers, and domain experts to integrate AI-driven insights into products or decision-making processes.
• Apply advanced AI techniques including reinforcement learning, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs) to enhance innovation.
• Conduct experiments, fine-tune models, and evaluate performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Communicate technical findings and insights clearly to business stakeholders and executive teams.
• Adhere to Agile methodologies and promote best practices for AI ethics and responsible AI deployments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or computational modelling.
Proficient in Python programming and experience using ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms. Hands-on experience with deep learning techniques for NLP and computer vision (transformers, CNN, RNN). Experience with generative AI models, large language models, and model deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong skills in data manipulation, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and big data technologies. Familiarity with tools such as SQL, R, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
