Description

We are seeking an experienced SS (Duplex) Welder to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding duplex stainless steel and be able to perform high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform welding operations on duplex stainless steel materials according to project specifications and safety standards.
Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute welding tasks.
Maintain and operate welding equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Conduct quality checks on welded joints to ensure compliance with specifications.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve project goals and timelines.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in welding, specifically with duplex stainless steel.
Proficient in various welding techniques, including TIG and MIG welding.
Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Knowledge of metallurgy and welding processes related to duplex stainless steel.
Ability to perform quality inspections on welds and ensure compliance with standards.
Familiarity with safety practices and procedures in a welding environment.
