Role Overview: As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining overall operation and process efficiency as per the requirements. Your main focus will be on controlling costs in the assigned operation area by effectively managing available resources to standards while ensuring the quality and safety of both people and products. Key Responsibilities: - Have a good experience in production planning and achieving daily production targets. - Manage Tetrapak (TBA8 & GT) Filling Operations and CIP Operations. - Conduct packing integrity checks as required. - Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in operations. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations. - Maintain accurate records of production processes, batch records, and other relevant documents. - Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance during downtime or planned periods to minimize production downtime. - Ensure that all production activities are conducted safely and comply with health and safety regulations. - Communicate effectively with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to ensure smooth production operations. - Possess knowledge in manpower handling. Qualifications Required: - ITI/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Dairy Technology. Additional Details: You will be joining the Business Unit Pristine Ingredients (PIPL) within the Business Group Bakery (BK01). KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): - Process Efficiency - Waste Reduction - Productivity - Down Time - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Work Experience Requirement: You should have 2-4 years of relevant functional experience in a reputed company.
