Sr.Role in Export Marketing International Markets at Baroda with leading API pharma company. Experience of 15 to 20 years from API of export marketing with the Qualification: MBA Marketing & Science Graduate We're seeking a dynamic Export Marketing professional to lead global marketing strategies that drive international brand growth and sales. In this role, you'll: Develop and execute export marketing plans tailored to diverse global markets. Responsible for business development in international markets ( APAC & MENA ) for bulk drugs/API's and strengthen existing ones Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions Design and implement campaigns that build brand awareness and accelerate sales Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and product teams New product development, provide suggestions/inputs to the Management for the same and market research. To carry out all activities related to Marketing of API. Participate in all brand planning and budget meetings and assist in development of brand planning deliverables . To meet existing customers, Follow-ups to direct customers for sales, to evaluate the business opportunities and to offer sales support. Identifying new areas of business & develop new markets & new customers. Facilitating customer audits timely. Attendingcustomer complaints & make sure that complaint get resolved. Follow up with factory for their production plan & dispatches. All sales related activities starting from enquiry generation to after sales service and follow up for repeat order. Qualifications: Proven experience in export or international marketing Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills Excellent communication and cross-cultural understanding
