Role Overview: As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and the competitive landscape of your product area. Your role will involve analyzing problems and creating on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. You will also be expected to plan, prioritize, and coordinate various design tasks, as well as influence product and design directions to guide product development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to create high-quality user experiences with measurable impact. Additionally, you will need to be detail-oriented, articulate design strategies clearly, and lead small project tracks autonomously. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a deep understanding of business goals, user needs, technical constraints, and the competitive landscape of your product area. - Analyze problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. - Plan, prioritize, and coordinate interaction & interface design, asset design & production, conceptual design, and usability testing. - Influence product and design directions to guide product development. - Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high-quality user experiences with measurable impact. - Manage schedules, task statuses, feedback cycles, and unresolved decisions in a proactive manner. - Articulate design strategies and decisions in clear and compelling ways to various stakeholders and audiences. - Lead and manage small project tracks autonomously. Qualifications Required: - Relevant proven work experience of at least 5 years as a product designer. - A bachelor's degree in design, computer science, from NIFT/NID/IIT or equivalent professional training. - Work samples emphasizing product design/interaction skills (portfolio review required). - Experience in working with Design Systems and knowledge of design software like Figma, Figjam, Adobe, and similar tools. - Knowledge of prototyping and skills to visualize micro-interactions in designs. - Research-driven approach to design and ability to design for real problems. - Growth mindset, unbiased/open-minded, openness to feedback. - Strong communication skills, good time-management skills, and ability to work both in a group and independently. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Passion for gaming and understanding of the real money gaming industry is a plus.
