Senior/Lead Back-End Developer
to join our Product team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance server-side applications. Back-End Developer
, you will work closely with engineers across the stack to ensure system stability, performance, and a seamless user experience. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain
scalable and secure
backend services. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient
code in Node.js/ Go/ or C#
. - Participate in the
entire application lifecycle
, focusing on coding, debugging, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Optimize database queries and ensure data consistency, reliability, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, improving application performance and reliability.
- Manage
modern cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
to deploy and scale applications. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined development and deployment.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive best coding practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience
as a Back-End Developer. - Strong proficiency in
Node.js/ Go/ or C#
and familiarity with object-oriented programming principles
. - Experience with
SQL and NoSQL databases
(PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Ability to write complex SQL queries and design efficient database schemas.
- Familiarity with
ORM frameworks
such as TypeORM, Entity Framework, or GORM. - Hands-on experience with
Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure
. - Experience with building
RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or gRPC services
. - Solid understanding of software development best practices, including
unit testing and code reviews
. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to
debug complex issues
. - Experience with
CI/CD tools
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD). - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Engineering degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
