Feeling cheated, I have booked a 2 bhk flat for my daughter Manali Nigam whose basic sale price(BSP) is showing Rs 26.35Lac in Square Yards (sister concern for Sahu group) but site office is charging Rs 28.62Lac ie higher than Rs 227000/- as BSP. Other charges extra.

Worst company for investment. They earn money by making people fool. They provide land in very cheap and interior area. In beginning they will say that your land will be at this place but during possession it will different and useless. I faced such problem in their Mohanlalganj site
