As a part of the Client Servicing team at IndiaMART, you will play a crucial role in empowering businesses across India by developing strong relationships with clients and recommending tailored solutions to support their growth. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Conducting 4-5 in-person client meetings daily to ensure client satisfaction and platform utilization. - Maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling strategies. - Ensuring systematic follow-up, timely closures, and prompt resolution of complaints. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Strong academic background with over 70% marks in 10th and 12th grade. - Any graduate with a minimum of 9 months experience in sales. - Freshers with a Post Graduate Degree in Management.
