Job Profile:

• Lead and Mentor Hardware engineers and PCB Layout engineer team
• Responsible for requirement collection, architecture/ high-level block diagram design, PCB layout verification, considering EMI/EMC issues, design validation & integration, component selection, prototype construction, debugging, board and system level testing.
• Guide the PCB layout design engineer during placement, stack up, routing constraints, providing feedback from SI analysis results and PCB review
• Ensure institutionalization of good practices like Design before implementation, Unit testing, DFMA, FMECA/Fault Tree Analysis (Mechanical),
• Accountable for execution of Pilots as per the program plan and ensure that the pilot actions are effectively traced and closed
• Capable of independently handling schematic Capturing, design analysis DC Drop, Signal Integrity, and coordinating reviews with peer of layout, mechanical, SI, and EMC teams.
• Responsible for managing time estimation of design activities
• Monitor and maintain the safety & quality of products and Able to perform and help regulatory compliance testing and certification process.
• Support R & D Manager in the overall program planning so as to deliver the program as per agreed timelines
• Hands-on experience with Altium EDA tools is essential.

Skills Required:

• Strong foundation and expertise in analyzing digital, Analog and power electronic circuits.
• Selection type of ADC and selection of suitable ADC for AC signal measurement, discrete circuit design using transistor, etc.
• Micro controller Selection and exposure to use its peripheral
• Power supply- SMPS design, DC/DC converter, LDOs
• Exposure to Design for Manufacturability , and its use in product design
• PCB design , take cares for DFM and take cares for EMI EMC
• Proficient in component selection, Micro, power supply switches, transistor and diodes, capacitors.
