Position: SRE DevOps (Java)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 5–8 years

Technical Skills Required

Core Development:

Java, Spring Framework

Microservices (configuration, orchestration, service discovery, system APIs)

Databases:

Relational: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server

NoSQL: MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis

DevOps Tools & Technologies:

Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, Git

Docker, Kubernetes

Terraform, Ansible, Puppet

Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps

CA Release Automation Manager

Nagios, SonarQube, Splunk

Monitoring & Metrics:

Prometheus, Grafana (preferred)

Other:

Zendesk (ticketing)

JVM debugging (GC tuning, memory leak detection, thread/heap dump analysis, profiling)

Linux fundamentals

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, refactor, and release software using Java and Spring framework.

Develop and maintain microservices architecture.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployments.

Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, Puppet.

Monitor system performance and reliability using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana.

Troubleshoot and debug JVM-related issues.

Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high availability and scalability.

Drive DevOps best practices and continuous testing.

Soft Skills
