Job Description

Dear Candidate,

Senior Digital Repair Specialist

Job Title:

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Shortlist, onboard, and certify partners and technicians.
Conduct initial and periodic training (reskilling, upskilling, OJT, refresher sessions).
Monitor performance, KPIs, and take corrective actions where required.
Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Conduct audits, inventory checks, and FTTx device inspections.
Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM updates, and software upgrades.
Support and train extended service points and field associates.
Manage complaint handling, out-calling, and coach Jio Associates.
Travel to various touchpoints as per operational requirements.
