Sr.Consultant HCM Technical Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with over 6 years of experience, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, implement, and support solutions within the Oracle Cloud HCM platform. Your expertise in Oracle HCM modules, integrations, and reporting, especially focusing on HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and BI Reporting will be crucial for the success of the projects. Your role will involve close collaboration with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with the business objectives. In addition, you will need to have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM technical components, data security, API integrations, and encryption methodologies. Key responsibilities include providing technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, developing and configuring HCM Extracts, utilizing HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL for data migration, designing and developing BI Publisher Reports, OTBI dashboards, and SQL-based reports, managing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Web Services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), implementing security best practices for data encryption and decryption, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices, supporting the adoption of Oracle HCM's Redwood UI framework, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions, and providing technical guidance, documentation, and training as needed. To excel in this role, you should have strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud development and support, expertise in HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, and BI Reporting, proficiency in Oracle REST API and SOAP Web Services, experience in implementing encryption and decryption techniques, knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Additionally, having Oracle Cloud HCM Certification, experience in agile methodology, and prior experience in global HR implementations or large enterprise environments will be advantageous.
