Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Care Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing home care services, managing case loads, coordinating patient care plans, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to elderly individuals. Additional responsibilities include training caregivers, liaising with social services, and administering or coordinating medical care as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in Case Management and Elder Care
• Skills in Training caregivers and coordinating Social Services
• Knowledge of Medicine and ability to administer or coordinate medical care
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a healthcare or home care setting is a plus
