Sr. Web Designer

As a Senior Web Designer, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject and have at least 2 years of proven experience in Web Design. You must possess demonstrable graphic design skills with a solid portfolio showcasing your work. Your responsibilities will include creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps. You should have proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wireframing tools. Additionally, expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping is required. Your role demands excellent visual design skills with a keen understanding of user-system interaction. You should be able to solve problems creatively and effectively while staying up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies. Experience in working with Agile/Scrum development processes is essential. You will be responsible for executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. Conceptualizing original ideas to simplify complex design roadblocks and effectively communicating design ideas through wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps are crucial aspects of this role. You will be required to present and defend your designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders. Furthermore, you should establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in your work.,
