As a Retail Branch Banking / Liabilities Segment professional in Mumbai, your primary focus will be on achieving growth and meeting sales targets by effectively managing the PCARM team for the cluster. You will be responsible for designing and executing strategic sales plans, including marketing activities to support the team in acquiring premium new-to-bank customers. Your role will involve recruiting, setting objectives, coaching, and monitoring the performance of the Branch Banking team. Building a robust team by hiring suitable candidates from competitor banks following the prescribed hiring process will be a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. It will be your accountability to ensure the achievement of New to Bank (NTB) targets, balances, fee income, and revenue targets on Current Accounts (CA), Trade Forex (TFX), Working Capital Finance (WCF), and Debit Cards. Qualifications and Experience: - You should hold an MBA/Post-Graduate/Graduate degree. - Essential minimum of 3 years of experience in a team management role in the Financial Services Industry. Competency Requirements: a. Technical Skills: - Sound knowledge of financial products, including banking products like CA, TFX, WCF, and Retail Assets. - Proficient in team management, effectively overseeing sales teams through regular monitoring and performance tracking. b. Behavioural Skills: - Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of communication proficiency in both written and spoken forms. - Enterprising, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual. Key Performance Indicators: 1. Ensuring the quality sourcing of Current Accounts (PCA) by team members. 2. Achieving monthly targets concerning New to Banks (NTBs), balances, and cross-selling. 3. Identifying, interviewing, and onboarding suitable candidates for the PCARM role. 4. Guiding and motivating the team to ensure at least 75% of team members meet their targets and earn incentives. 5. Planning and executing regular sales and marketing events while exploring new business avenues. 6. Delivering revenue as per the set targets.,
