Sr. Voice Support Engineer

We are looking for individuals with an experience range of 4 to 7 years and a preference for early joiners. The mandatory skills for this role include expertise in Cisco CUCM, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco UCCE, Voice Gateway, Cube, Voice Engineer, Voice Support, cvp, and icm. Your responsibilities will include actively managing and maintaining the voice network infrastructure, which involves hardware, software, and configurations. Additionally, you will be expected to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to voice systems and network infrastructure, monitor network utilization, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA). Moreover, you will collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and end-users to deliver high-quality voice communication solutions. This role also requires a willingness to work in Night Shifts and from the office, along with a proactive approach to resolving user helpdesk tickets within SLA.,
