Sr. Video Editor (long Gaming)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and storytelling-driven Long-form Editor to edit high-quality long-form video content such as shows, interviews, podcasts, documentaries, and match highlights. This role requires strong narrative sense, pacing, and technical editing expertise to deliver polished, engaging content.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form videos for YouTube, OTT, and digital platforms

• Structure narratives with strong pacing, flow, and storytelling

• Work on shows, interviews, podcasts, esports content, and features

• Clean up audio, video, and visuals for broadcast-quality output

• Add graphics, lower-thirds, transitions, and music where required

• Ensure edits align with brand tone and editorial standards

• Collaborate with producers, hosts, and content teams

• Manage revisions and deliverables within deadlines

• Maintain consistency across episodes and formats

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in long-form video editing

• Strong storytelling and narrative editing skills

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

• Solid understanding of pacing, continuity, and audience retention

• Ability to handle tight deadlines and detailed feedback

• Strong attention to detail and technical accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Gaming / Esports / Digital-first media

• Familiarity with podcast editing and multi-cam workflows

• Knowledge of color correction, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics

• Experience editing shows, interviews, or documentary-style content
