Sr. UI/UX Web Designer

As a Senior UX/UI Designer with over five years of experience, you will be responsible for designing seamless digital experiences across web and SaaS platforms. Your deep understanding of user-centered design, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex business goals into intuitive interfaces will be key in this role. **Core Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototyping, final UI design, and developer handoff. - Develop scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent visual language across products. - Create conversion-focused user flows and interfaces for websites and SaaS platforms. - Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life. - Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics. - Present design concepts confidently in client and internal review sessions. - Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements within the design team. **Required Skills and Attributes:** - 5+ years of proven experience in UX and UI design, preferably in web development or SaaS environments. - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Experience working with global clients and multi-disciplinary teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting and defending design rationale. - Strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, clean visual design, and usability principles. - Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and basic HTML/CSS understanding is a plus. - Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Highly collaborative and open to constructive feedback.
