As a Senior UX/UI Designer with over five years of experience, your role will involve leading the end-to-end design process, developing scalable design systems, creating user flows and interfaces, collaborating cross-functionally, conducting usability testing, presenting design concepts confidently, and advocating for UX best practices. You will be required to have strong command over design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills and clean visual design. **Core Responsibilities:** - Lead the end-to-end design process: from user research, journey mapping, wireframes, and prototyping, to final UI design and developer handoff. - Develop scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent visual language across products. - Create thoughtful, conversion-focused user flows and interfaces for websites and SaaS platforms. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to bring ideas to life. - Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics. - Present design concepts confidently in client and internal review sessions. - Advocate for UX best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements within the design team. **Required Skills and Attributes:** - 5+ years of proven experience in UX and UI design, preferably in web development or SaaS environments. - Strong command over design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Demonstrated experience working with global clients and multi-disciplinary teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to present and defend design rationale with clarity and diplomacy. - A strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving skills, clean visual design, and a grasp of usability principles. - Working knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus. - Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Highly collaborative and open to constructive feedback.
