UI/UX Designer

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using
Figma
.
Translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, functional interfaces.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver consistent and user-focused designs.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
Develop and maintain
design systems
and reusable UI components.
Ensure responsive and accessible design practices across web and mobile platforms.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
Stay current on UI/UX trends, best practices, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Required Qualifications:

5–8 years
of professional experience in UI/UX design.
Mastery of
Figma
, including components, variants, auto layout, and team libraries.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and polished UI design for web and/or mobile.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Experience with user research, persona creation, and journey mapping.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working closely with
frontend developers
and understanding of HTML/CSS constraints.
Knowledge of tools like
Adobe XD
,
Sketch
,
Framer
, or
Protopie
.
Exposure to
motion design
,
micro-interactions
, or
design tokens
is a plus.
Understanding of
accessibility standards
(WCAG, ARIA).
