Job Description

Role & responsibilities Assist Australian clients via phone with their travel enquiries and booking needs Offer the most competitive airfare options tailored to client preferences and travel requirements Book and sell international flights, primarily between Australia and the Indian subcontinent, as well as other global destinations Perform proactive follow-ups to ensure successful booking closures Liaise with airlines when required to facilitate smooth travel arrangements Accurately assess customer needs to recommend the most suitable travel solutions Cultivate strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience in selling international flight tickets Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets Results-driven and goal-oriented approach to sales Proficient in both verbal and written English Hands-on experience with any GDS Familiarity with CRM tools
