Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter – Senior Trainer under the Aditya Birla Project at Rayagada, Oddisa. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical fitting and maintenance, along with prior experience in training and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theory and hands-on practical training to ITI students/trainees in Mechanical Fitter trade.
• Provide exposure to fitting tools, maintenance techniques, alignment, assembly, and dismantling of machinery.
• Train students on safety protocols, preventive maintenance, and industry best practices.
• Guide trainees through project work and prepare them for job readiness.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fitter trade specialization preferred).
• Minimum 3-4 years of industrial experience in mechanical fitting/maintenance roles.
• Prior experience as a trainer or faculty in skill development programs will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Candidates local to Rayagada preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rayagada, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
