Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mechanical Fitter – Senior Trainer for a 1-year contractual role under the Aditya Birla Hindalco CSR Project at Varga, Dahej, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in mechanical fitting and maintenance, with prior experience in training and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver theory and hands-on practical training to ITI students/trainees in Mechanical Fitter trade.
• Provide exposure to fitting tools, maintenance techniques, alignment, assembly, and dismantling of machinery.
• Train students on safety protocols, preventive maintenance, and industry best practices.
• Guide trainees through project work and prepare them for job readiness.
• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
• Maintain training equipment and ensure a safe learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fitter trade specialization preferred).
• Minimum 5–8 years of industrial experience in mechanical fitting/maintenance roles.
• Prior experience as a trainer or faculty in skill development programs will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in Gujarati (local candidates preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
