Sr. Technician-Production

The Production role is responsible for maintaining overall operations and processes as per requirements, controlling costs of the assigned operation area by efficiently managing available resources, safeguarding quality, and ensuring the safety of both people and products. You should have good experience in production planning and be able to achieve daily production targets. Your responsibilities will include managing Tetrapak (TBA8 & GT) Filling Operations and CIP Operations, as well as conducting packing integrity checks and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) in operations. It is crucial to ensure adherence to quality standards and food safety regulations while maintaining accurate records of production processes, batch records, and other relevant documents. You will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to schedule maintenance during downtime or planned periods to minimize productivity loss. Safety is a top priority, and you must ensure that all production activities are conducted safely and comply with health and safety regulations. Effective communication with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, is essential to ensure smooth production operations. Additionally, knowledge in manpower handling is required for this role. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this position include process efficiency, waste reduction, productivity, downtime, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards. To be considered for this role, you should have 2-4 years of relevant functional experience in a reputable company. The preferred qualifications for this position include ITI/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Dairy Technology.
