The Role

The Technical Lead will oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering quality frameworks that solve business problems. Key responsibilities include:

Creating benchmark code and reference projects to benefit other teams

Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables

Translating high-level designs into low-level implementations

Ensuring code quality, test coverage, and adherence to best practices

Technical Requirements

Expert proficiency in Core Java, Java Microservices, and Spring Boot

Extensive experience with Hibernate or other ORM technologies

Strong skills in designing RESTful services (both producer and consumer types)

Mastery of unit testing and code quality tools

Proficiency in working with AWS cloud services

Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases

Familiarity with Agile development processes (Scrum)
