About the Role:

Senior Full Stack Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development:

• Build and enhance scalable web applications using

  Java (Spring Boot)

  ,

  React.js

  , and

  AWS

• Integrate AI-driven components such as smart search, personalized recommendations, and conversational interfaces.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Integrate AI-driven components such as smart search, personalized recommendations, and conversational interfaces.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible user experiences.
• Continuously experiment with AI-assisted workflows to improve development velocity and code quality.
• Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Mentor peers on best practices for AI-assisted development
• Work within

  Scrum or Kanban frameworks

  , participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value

AI Builder Responsibilities:

• Use

  to maintain clean, expressive, and AI-augmented codebases.
• Develop internal tools and scripts using AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
• Stay current with emerging GenAI trends, tools, and ethical considerations.
• Develop and maintain cross-platform Mobile applications using

  React Native

  Or Web using

• Able to Integrate

  AI Builder models

  into mobile apps or Web.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in full stack development with

  Java (Spring Boot)

  and

  React.js

  .
• Strong experience with

  AWS services

  (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Proven experience using

  AI coding assistants

  like GitHub Copilot, Claude, Gemini AI.
• Familiarity with

  prompt engineering

  ,

  LLM APIs

  , and

  AI-enhanced development workflows

  .
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in

  Agile teams

  with a strong understanding of Agile principles and ceremonies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI.
• Exposure to serverless architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
