What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle DLP solution design and rollout

• Configure and fine-tune policies using Microsoft Purview DLP

• Integrate DLP with MCAS, MIP, and broader security ecosystems

• Conduct workshops, risk assessments & gap analyses

• Align security controls with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001)

• Engage with compliance, legal, and technical teams

• Mentor teams and develop runbooks, documentation, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years

  in security consulting or technical DLP roles

• Strong hands-on with

  Microsoft Purview DLP

  ,

  MCAS

  , and

  MIP

• Experience in

  enterprise-scale DLP deployments

• Ability to

  present architecture

  , lead solution design, and engage stakeholders

• Familiar with

  strategic planning

  ,

  cross-platform integration

  , and

  team leadership

• Excellent communication in English; Swedish is a plus

• Certifications preferred

  : SC-400, SC-200, MS-500, or CISSP

Work Setup

• Remote-first role
