Sr. Tech Led -Data Scientist - Pune BLR GGN

Education: Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or related stream. Certification in AI/ML from AWS/Azure or known institution.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
• A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
• Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Experience working with different data architectures. Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques.
• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.
• Prior experience in working on zero touch solutions can be an advantage
• Were looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models, has a Bachelors or masters in computer science or another quantitative field, and is familiar with the following software:
• Coding knowledge and experience with several languages Python, R
• Experience with Python and common data science toolkits like Jupyter, Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras etc.
• Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
• Experience in using different types of Databases - RDBMS, Graph, No-SQL etc.
• Strong understanding and experience in Generative AI and related technologies, tools and technoques.

Responsibilities:

1. Exploration and experimentation with new technologies and tools in AI/ML, Agentic AI etc.
2. Independent AI/ML solution development
3. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyse model performance and data accuracy
4. Support production deployments and recaliberate solution as per requirement
5. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement AI/ML solutions and monitor outcomes.
