Sr. Tech Lead - React JS

As a React JS Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be part of a team of bright individuals working with cutting-edge technologies to bring real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world. Your role will involve: - Working in a team or individually to design, develop, and test web-based applications. - Designing, developing, testing, and documenting quality software to meet user and functional requirements within specified timeframes and coding standards. - Generating rapid prototypes for feasibility testing and all relevant software operation documentation. - Adhering to prescribed development systems, processes, and procedures to ensure efficient, effective, high-quality delivery. - Communicating effectively with all stakeholders and performing tasks as specified by the Delivery Lead/Team Lead. Qualifications and Experience: - You should have 5+ years of experience as a UI Developer with a strong focus on UI. - Strong experience in developing and designing User Interfaces using various Front-end technologies like SSR, SPA, PWA Apps. - Solid work experience in React, Redux, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies for code analysis and development. - Good understanding of cross-browser, cross-platform, Server-side rendering, and Micro Frontends. - Experience with RESTful API integration and application performance tuning. - Experience with unit testing using Jest and RTL, along with strong experience in UI Libraries like MUI, ANTD, PrimeReact, or similar libraries. - Good understanding of web accessibility concepts and working knowledge of CI/CD environments, Git, or similar version control tools. - Proven experience in user interface monitoring tools.
